When someone is "stuck," I believe they benefit from insight into the development of these issues, and likely need more effective coping strategies. Utilizing strategies that are flexible, but have a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I partner with my clients to develop these strategies, resolve identified issues of concern, and improve their overall quality of life. Please feel free to contact me if you feel I can be of help to you or your family.
Every client is unique. Based on your individual needs and goals, I am able to provide an array of services specific to the treatment plan. I offer individual, family and couples therapy. I am also able to provide consultation to schools or other related organizations when indicated. I utilize strategies that are based in and supported by research whenever applicable.
In addition, I provide educational and consultation support services to help employees and/or concerned groups develop a better understanding of mental illness, concerning behaviors or best practices in their specific environment.
